Being 22 and never having bought a car before, I had all but given up. We stopped by Graham one afternoon after leaving work, and Ricky popped his head out and told us we could work something out. He never gave up on me and worked out a sale for me, myself, and I. Thanks to his understanding of how paramount it was for me to get out on my own, and his persistence, I am now the proud owner of a new (to me) Ford Escape. Thanks Ricky, Tim and of course Billy for everything you guys have done for me!
